Chess Club

If you want to explore, develop and improve at the game of Chess, we will provide you with boards, sets, instruction and good friends with which to play. If you don’t know how to play, we’ll teach you. If you already play, we’ll make you better. Already a Master? Beat Mr. Harrah and win a candy bar.

At Chess Club meetings we have a short spotlight on a chess concept of the week and then engage in free play. We will hold 2 Round Robin Tournaments, one each semester.

Chess Club meets on Monday after school in the Band Room E113. Attend as often as you like.

Just come to E113 on Monday afternoons. Your ride needs to pick you up no later than 3:30 p.m. See Mr. Harrah if you have any questions
